As a UK or EU consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within thirty (30) working days after receiving your goods or from the date we begin providing the services, as outlined in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Refunds for orders cancelled under these regulations will be processed in line with your statutory rights.
